War

War drums are beating once again in the Middle East!  As of this writing more protests at various western embassies, principally against U.S. embassies are taking place.  The protests are over this sophomoric film that insults Islam and as a result people have been murdered, including America’s ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens.

Why

The motivational impetus of this current uprising is not about this irresponsible film, or hatred towards the west; it is a desire to remove Israel off the map.

What

Military maneuvers are now taking place and military and political personnel are discussing logistics regarding what to do about the so-called Arab Spring protests and the threat of Iran (Persia).  Questions regarding Russia and China are part of the discussion.  What role will they play if Israel attacks Iran, or if the U.S. responds in a military fashion over the murder of our State Department personnel?

When

To say this is a volatile time in history is understating the obvious. The prophet Ezekiel records, “Thus says the Lord God: ‘On that day it shall come to pass that thoughts will arise in your mind, and you will make an evil plan'” (Ezekiel 38:10).  What is this plan?  A confederacy of nations attack Israel ? disturbingly the nations that surround Israel will do the attacking. Both Jewish scholars and Evangelical scholars believe this will take place in the future, perhaps, the near future. Ultimately all nations in some fashion will come against Jerusalem (Zechariah 14:2).

This being true, we must work while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work.

Who
